1. Reservations and Confirmation

All reservations must be made in advance using our official forms or authorized channels (web, WhatsApp, email).

To guarantee availability, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total package value (day pass or stay) is required.

Full payment must be completed prior to the tour or upon arrival.

Reservation confirmation is only valid after receiving proof of payment and written confirmation from us.
2. Modifications

Requests for date changes or reservation modifications must be made at least five days in advance, always subject to availability.

Any change implies a rate adjustment, if applicable, depending on the season or number of people.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance: 80% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations between 5 and 14 days before: 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 5 days in advance or No Show: No refund.

If the activity is cancelled due to extreme weather or decisions by authorities, rescheduling will be offered at no additional cost or a partial refund, minus any administrative costs already incurred.

No refunds will be issued for late departures, late arrivals, or activities not enjoyed due to the client's decision.
4. Data Privacy

We respect the confidentiality of all personal information you provide to us.

The data will be used solely for booking purposes, direct communication, and updating information about our services.

We do not share your data with third parties except when required by law or by a competent authority.

Your information is stored securely and protected from unauthorized access.
5. Use of Images

During tours, photos and videos of activities may be captured for promotional purposes and social media content. If you do not wish to appear, please notify us in writing before the tour begins.
6. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for reviewing and accepting these policies before booking.

It is the client's responsibility to respect safety regulations, guide recommendations, and established schedules.

The agency is not responsible for lost items or injuries resulting from the participant's negligence.
