Recommendations

To ensure your experience with San Blas Caribe is comfortable and safe, please keep the following in mind:

  • Documents: Bring your original passport or ID card, which is required to enter the Guna Yala region.

  • Ecological tax: Don't forget that it is paid upon entry ($7 for Panamanians or residents, $22 for foreigners).

  • What to bring: Swimsuit, light clothing, towel, biodegradable sunscreen, cash in dollars, and bags for your belongings.

  • Cultural norms: Out of respect for Guna culture, avoid taking photos of women without permission.

  • Reservations: To secure your spot, we reserve your spot with a 50% deposit. The balance is due before the tour or upon arrival.

  • Extras: Additional drinks are not included in the accommodation. You can bring your own or purchase them on the island.

  • Additional Nights: If you'd like to stay longer, ask about our special rate, from $55 to $90 per night, depending on cabin type.

Itinerary

Itinerary

  • 05:00 – 05:30 – Pickup at your accommodation in Panama City (shared 4×4).

  • 06:00 – 06:45 – Stop for light breakfast.

  • 08:30 – 09:00 – Arrival at the port in Cartí.

  • 09:45 – 12:00 – First island: beach + natural pool + snorkeling + water volleyball.

  • 12:00 – 13:00 – Lunch with drinks included (fish, seafood or chicken, accompanied by coconut rice or patacones).

  • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Second island: more time to relax or snorkel.

  • 15:00 – Departure from the last island.

  • 16:00 – Return to the port.

  • 6:30–7:00 PM – Arrival at your accommodation in Panama City.
